Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Injazat Services account and the personal data associated with it.

Option 1 — In the app

Open the Injazat Services app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Open Account settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your deletion request is submitted immediately for processing.

Option 2 — By email

Send a request from the email or phone number registered on your account to:

info@injazat.ae

Subject: “Account Deletion Request”. Include the phone number used to sign in so we can verify you.

What data is deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data linked to your account, including:

Name, email address and phone number
Profile photo and any documents you uploaded
Your bookings, consultations and in-app activity
Device / push-notification identifiers

Certain records may be retained where required by applicable UAE law or regulation (for example, service or transaction records). Any retained data is limited to what the law requires and is deleted once the retention period ends.

Timeframe

Verified deletion requests are processed and completed within 30 days.
